This policy explains what information Content Farm ("we", "us") collects through contentfarm.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at matteo.contentfarm@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request access, we collect only what you type into the form:
- your phone number and its country code,
- your Instagram handle,
- the date and time of your request.
We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and we don't ask for payment details here.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To contact you about your access request, by phone, message or Instagram.
- To keep track of requests so nobody is missed and nobody is contacted twice.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We use your information because you asked us to contact you (steps taken at your request before any agreement) and, for security, because of our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and runs the access form.
- Resend, which delivers the email that notifies us of your request.
- Our content planner database, where requests are kept so we can follow up.
- Google Fonts and flagcdn.com, which serve the site's fonts and country flags. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address.
Some of these providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep access requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email matteo.contentfarm@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to it is limited to the people who need it to contact you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Content Farm is for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has submitted a request, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
